Purchasing GARANZIA3 is way less expensive than a classical repair of the product out of warranty. In case of malfunction, defect or damage of the product, GARANZIA3 entitles you to have 2 to 3 more years of repairs (according to the service you choose) from the expiration date of the legal warranty.
This service activates starting from the expiration of the legal warranty.
However, you can activate it within 12 months from its purchase and lasts 48 or 60 months maximum (according to the service you choose) from the date of its purchase.

You must activate Garanzia3 products within 12 months from their purchase.
Customers can activate the product by calling the hotline 800090737 and providing their personal data, the purchase date and the serial number of the product. Otherwise, they can follow the instructions provided at the following link.
WARNING: If the activation procedure is not completed within the first 12 months after purchasing the product or if the product is not covered by the requested warranty, you will not be able to benefit from the extension of warranty.

Coverage cap and usage
- The coverage cap for reparation services is secured by the purchased insurance.
- Customers can benefit, within the 2 or 3 years of warranty extension (according to the purchased product) from unlimited maintenance services. The coverage cap of the extension of warranty represents the maximum cost that can be paid for each reparation, replacement or remboursement of the product.
- If the product is deemed unrepairable, GARANZIA 3 will offer you their own replacement solution or the remboursement of the value of the product, cutting out 10% of the purchase value for each year of warranty extension. All damages and malfunctions excluded by the original warranty of the producer are automatically excluded by the extension services, when they are caused fraudulently or intentionally by the customer or when they are due to the normal wear and tear of the components of the product.
