ORDERS
The order will be processed:
- within 24/48 hours if payment is made by CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL.
- within 72 hours if payment is made by BANK TRANSFER or INSTALLMENT PAYMENT, only after the actual receipt of the amount in our bank account.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight/volume of the ordered items.
Please note that for small islands and remote areas, delivery outside Italy is not guaranteed, or an additional shipping fee may be applied after the purchase.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY, PICK-UP
The delivery times indicated at the time of order refer to orders with immediate payment (CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL). Delivery is expected to take 3–4 working days longer for all orders paid by BANK TRANSFER or INSTALLMENT PAYMENT.
The product will be delivered roadside at the address provided during checkout, within a time frame ranging from 2 to 20 working days* from the order confirmation date.
Shipping is always intended to curbside delivery (the closest point accessible by the delivery vehicle to the recipient’s address, at street level) in accordance with transport regulations. No additional services will be provided under any circumstances (e.g., delivery to upper floors, handling, installation, or removal of old appliances).
You will be able to track the shipment using the courier’s tracking number, which will be sent to the email address associated with your account and visible in your order details.
Upon delivery, always check the integrity of the package. In case the package is damaged, accept it with reservation and specify the visible anomalies on the packaging (Read the Terms - Transport Damage).
*The indicated delivery times may vary due to several factors: payment method, delivery postal code, delivery method, additional services, or other external factors.
Insured Shipping
If you choose insured shipping, the product will be insured for its full value. This shipping method is highly recommended for expensive, bulky, or fragile products(Read the Terms - Insured Shipping).
Delivery by Appointment
If you choose delivery by appointment, you will need to arrange a delivery date and time slot by phone with the courier. Please note that the courier will not contact you immediately, but will wait until they have the product. Only then will they contact you to arrange the delivery date.

We ship to many countries* within the European Community (EC), excluding remote areas and islands:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, France, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, and Sweden.

Pick-up from Our Warehouse
With this option, you can purchase online and pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Rosate (MI), without any shipping costs, except for certain product categories.
Choose this option* in the "Shipping Method" section after registering on our site and proceed with the purchase. After placing your order, you will be informed of a date from which you can pick up the goods from our facility.
*The "Pick-up from our Warehouse" shipping method is not available for all products.
